Very poor knowledge of the sales assistants! We spoke to two of them about boiling water and filter water taps but they failed to tell us the best option there is (two outlet filter and mains water tap). These taps are reasonably priced and don't affect the water pressure, which we were worried about. This is the solution we wanted but the shop assistants didn't mentioned it all (despite giving us a catalogue with this very option clearly listed there!). Very disappointing - we would not recommend nor would we ever come back there!

I needed to replace the valve in a kitchen tap it is a non-standard length and non of the other shops I tried could help me. The feller in New City Heating reassembled the innards of my old non-standard valve from the internals of a new unit - problem solved. Saved me the cost of a new tap. This place is a gem.
