Great discount store with some of the expensive brands at affordable prices. I just bought my iron and vitamin at half price.From branded dresses, bags makeup to vitamins decoration stuff and utensils such a wide collection.

I went to the store today as I needed some new kitchen knives. Having bought my last ones there a few years ago and been very pleased with the selection, I made them my first choice today.nI searched the store - not a knife in sight. I asked an assistant not easy to find only to be told they aren't allowed to sell knives.nNow you've joined the nanny state I'll be boycotting your stores from now on. It's disgusting enough that our government treat us like children, for stores to start doing it too? Wow.nI expect it's because you're worried about knife crime. How many knife crimes have been committed by people that went to the store to buy their own knife do you think? This will solve nothing and lose you custom.nYour attitude is pathetic, I won't spend my money where the store has no backbone.
The store did not have much to offer. The racks were slim. The staff member I dealt with at the till was friendly. The front of the shop was covered in litter and overflowing trash bins. Not sure if this is down to the retail park or the store. It was disgusting.
I had a bad experience at the TK Maxx store in Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK1 1BN. The service was disgraceful and the store manager was rude with zero customer service skills.nnOn Sunday 12/05/2024, I visited the store around 11 am to return some items due to sizing issues. When I greeted the cashier, she didn't respond professionally and asked if anything was wrong with the items. I explained that it was just a sizing issue, however, she seemed to be unaware of what she was doing and scanned the barcodes three times. She then told me that there was a problem with the PayPal barcode. She phoned the manager who said, “To give the items back to me and to call customer service”. But I asked to speak with the manager since I was travelling in a few days.nnWhen the manager arrived, she did not greet me nicely and asked what she could do for me with an angry face. I explained your situation and requested her to call customer service to resolve the issue quickly so that I could have a pleasant holiday. However, she refused to call and said “You are the customer and you needed to call customer service”. And she said, “I am not the customer and I will not call”. She then pushed the items towards me and refused to help further.nnI’m now unsure of what to do with the items since they are not cheap and I cannot purchase new clothes before my holiday. I am disappointed with the store as I have been a loyal customer for years but after this experience, I have decided not to shop there again, nor will my family.
