Superb shop, although, the clothes sections does my head in! What an absolute jumble sale. I dont buy clothes in here. It's too stressful, but gifts, households, ornaments.... amazing!
Maybe it's just my feeling, but looks this store is getting worse. Very negative experience from today. Like everyone I love this stores for bargains. So if there is a lower price I want to pay that lower price, not to be treated like a thief or I stiked that lower prices by myself! Lady by the till started to check prices for the identical mugs as one of them was missing price tag. At that moment I was thinking that she is being helpful. Then the lady started to tell that price on reduced coffee is wrong and again call for colleagues to check it, witch they where unable to find absolute joke. We was only ones by the tills trying to buy 11 items and waiting around 15 minutes. From somewhere showed up I assume manager and told her to sell as coffee for lower price on a tags. Unfortunately when I got home I found real surprise. I was buying 11 items, but got charged for 12 so lady by the tills with all hers 'checkings' managed to charge as twice for same reduced coffee and I am living far away for that store to go back and ask for return!!! absolutely horrible service. I alred not expecting any greatings or other atrbutes of good service in this store but charging twice for reduced item is next level. For everyone shopping in there I advise to double check what you paying for.
Well organised and prepared for social distancing. Not much stock even though the store is substantially big. Very clean and well maintained.
Scammers, nothing else! I tried to return tshirt with all price tags and receipts such. The sales lady accidentally ripped the price tag off she panicked started calling management. And due to ripped of price tag that she ripped of they refused to accept it. Gave my funny stories that they can’t establish that this tshirt is what it is on the sales receipt. And politely told me to f…off with that tshirt.
Love this store. Well stocked with great choice in every department. Modern decor, stylish furniture and great choice of soft furnishings
Always bargains in shops just wish there were more staff on floor and cashier till number 4 at late afternoon 3 Dec 22 was very friendly man he was great we need more like him in customer services department.
Great selection of international Christmas sweets, Spanish turrón limited but still found some!
The staff are helpful I shop a lot ,in there, and look at what I like then ,with treasure card I buy things.
Lovely store! I always find something unique to buy.
I’m absolutely addicted to tkmaxx! Particularly their selection of candles I find totally irresistible.
