Unhelpful to newcomers, lady on desk wasn't helpful considering I was new to the shop. I had a look around and Left swiftly after being spoken to bluntly.. won't return.. shame!

Very helpful, Assistant searched for the grey yarn I needed for my Crewel embroidery and found some tapestry yarn in the perfect pale shade.

Have had nothing but good experiences here! So helpfull staff - even when I make silly mistakes! Great advice on material, techniques and machines and accessories. Choice of Fabric icing on the cake!

Brilliant classes and very friendly and helpful staff. Just completed a class on English Paper Piecing, this is the third course I have done here. Easy and friendly atmosphere and a lot of fun. I would highly recommend Threads and Patches. I love this place its a little gem. 😊

I always love shopping at Threads and Patches, even if I go into browse I always come away with spending money. Lots to choose from, such lovely fabrics, embroidery items, wool, threads, books, sewing machine. You name it Threads and Patches are bound to have it in store. My very recent purchase was my new Embroidery Machine Janome 350E
