Found in Bletchley just off of the main roundabout. You cannot miss it. Parking underneath in the dry, and parking outside. .escalators on entrance and stairs and lift. Toilets by the entrance on the first floor. A cafe available. Another eating area by the exit. A typical IKEA with walkways that take you around the shop. In certain areas you can cut corners and cut sections out, but generally you have to follow the walkways with everyone else. The tills have now changed and are a filter section and you're guided to a free till once you reach the front. Avoid at weekends.... I cannot say this enough, its so packed at the weekends, and unless you want to get squished... avoid !! It's currently open until 9pm in the evenings... so plenty of time to go then !! Till service was fast despite the queues.....
Love wandering around IKEA in MK. It's great for getting inspiration and I never walk out empty handed, I have to buy something. This store is large, clean and well laid out, only problem on our visit was finding staff that could actually help us. They were either rude or just didn't know...A special shout out goes to the guy on the self service tills, sorry but didn't get your name but he was really helpful as well as friendly. Another minus point was finding items in Aisle 0, not really laid out well, it took us ages to find what we wanted. Overall I love visiting this store, even just for a browse and I always look forward to my hot dog Neal at the end
Is always a pleasure to visit this fabulous shop. Is very easy to loose yourself in its beauty. I bought a lovely black vase flower for me and a nice birou eith a white chair for my sister's birthday. I'm sure she is going to enjoy the gift.
Absolutely shocking customer service at click and collect, and again in the kitchen section. I had my newborn twins with me and asked the lady and click and collect to help me push my order to my car literally 5 metres away - the distance shown in the photo. She said it was too far.. .?? It would've taken her less than a minute to help me. I was genuinely shocked she refused to help! In the kitchen section two members of staff were having such an involved conversation I had to wait to ask them where I could find something. When I was able to get the chance to ask I was told 'just keep walking'. Not exactly helpful... I was there on a Tuesday afternoon so it was not at all busy.
I just love IKEA, all the designs, the kitchens are my absolute favourites. We always come for accessories, kitchenware and other smaller things as well, whatever makes our home a bit more cosy. Staff is available and kind. I really like how IKEA focuses on small businesses as well, we saw a design for a little flower shop, I loved it.
I just love IKEA. Well laid out, cafe was very busy but still got served in a decent time. Food was hot and tasty.
First time we had been as we have moved closer to Milton Keynes! It is massive and has everything your looking for! Well laid out and helpful staff. Nice food in the restaurant and lovely treats to buy and take home! Be prepaid to do a lot of walking though! Will be going back very soon!
This was an amazing place, I would highly recommend it to all who see fit to visit. The staff are friendly and the service was outstanding. The pictures attached are representative of how I felt after visiting. If you have any questions then drop me a message.
I went at 10:30 on a Friday, was not too busy, the plant section seemed smaller than previous visits but I got some nice ones for a good price anyway.
This IKEA is okay. I won’t go into too much detail however I have been twice quite recently. Food: Food is amazing at both the Bistro and the Restaurant. When I went the second time it said the Bistro was closed at the entrance, however it was open but with a limited menu. This was a little confusing but still tasted great. I am a little confused still on the free refills rule at the restaurant. They said it is not allowed due to COVID yet the table service has now been scrapped due to the rules being relaxed so I think they need to update their restaurant rules around the building. I got up multiple times for a free drinks refill so I presume it is now allowed. Showroom: Showroom was nice and tidy however there were so many people for a Sunday and the middle of the week. Lots of variety around the store however due to the truck driver shortage many items were out of stock to collect in the warehouse. Besides that staff are helpful and friendly and are dotted around the showroom Market Hall and Tills: The market hall had plenty of stock for things that weren’t flat packs. My first recent trip had a £50 uni essentials kit which was great as all the items can be bought individually for the same price, yet having it all in one larger crate is certainly very handy for those heading to university. Plenty of choice as I said and easy to check out and pay at the till with a clear queuing system and a member of staff telling you which till to go to. IKEA MK is full of inspiration, fun and food. Stock is not up to its usual amount however there are plenty of reasons to pick up some Swedish furniture here, and enjoy some meatballs too!
