I would like to commend your colleagues Vicki and Tracy for their helpfulness and politeness. My husband and I are disabled and these two people helped me to pack my shopping into bags at the checkout and take it to my car. Thanks to them a difficult thing for me was made very much easier. To be fair my experiences with all the staff at this particular store has always been great please tha k all your staff and pass on my pleasure at shopping in this particular store
I have never been in this home bargain and thought why not I was in the aisle where the crisps was lady grey hair and some purple at the back knocked me out of the way while I was on the phone I didn’t say anything as I couldn’t be bothered there was no other people around so there was no need for her to do that. I went over to where the crisps was and wasn’t sure what I wanted I was still on the phone and saw her approaching me, she stood right next to me huffed at me walked around sat down and started banging the the stock into place. I have been in retail for 20 years. I am younger than her and I already know respect and manners. She had none for me and for no reason I did nothing wrong to her. I was going to tell her that she should dial down. How she was acting towards me, but I decided the best course of action was to speak to her manager I did speak to a guy and I hope that someone deals with that lady as it is Christmas coming up and nobody wants a rude staff membernnI do actually believe that maybe she has a problem with people Why would you walk into someone and then start huffing and puffing next to me? Retail is about good communication skills where she has zero. It was my first time going into this home, bargains, and more than likely my last
Home Bargains, Beacon Retail Park, Watling Street Bletchley, Milton Keynes. The newly refurbished discount store has finally opened to public in late July 2023. This local's favorite store has much to offer, great products at incredibly discounted prices, it boasts a fantastic selection of brands at affordable prices, including: foods, cheeses, chocolates, household items, gardening equipments, beauty products, electronics and much more. It has automatic entrance doors wheelchair accessible, ample parking, and friendly staff. It is undoubtely great value for money.
This type of bargain store is always worth a visit especially around key dates like Valentines and Mother's day etc.. there is always reasonably priced cards candles mini gifts that you can purchase here to add to your celebration. I just needed a simple soap dish and I got 1 for 59p!! Why pay more right it's not like I needed it for my bathroom I just needed one to store my soap in for a local hotel stay... don't knock these budget stores they are worth a visit! BTW free parking outside!
Omg I love this shop especially around Christmas time. So many cute sparkly things.
