Richard and his team offers very professional and reliable service. If they haven’t got something, they’ll drive around to get it, just to meet client needs. Always going extra mile. Chris delivery driver also very helpful never gives up when sites not easy to find and always helps carrying goods wherever you need. Well done Dulux
Absolutely brilliant customer service, thank you. It makes such a change to feel valued as a customer. I lovely gentleman helped me with my wallpaper paste questions and went the extra mile to get answers for. A credit to your team! I will definitely be using this branch in the future.

Felt profiled when I came in as the employee constantly bought up the pricing saying it may be too expensive and they knew very little about the pricing. Whenever I asked questions the response was as if they did not want to help. They also lied about homebase not having trade paint and as we exited there was a huge sigh from 1 employee as if we were a burden. The white customer next to us did not receive any of this.
Absolutely clueless. If you can’t tell the difference between Armstead and Dulux bases then you shouldn’t be in the job.
Out of the 12 colors I choose they didn't have 10 in tester pots!!! Totally useless and a waste of my time.
Not the best in customer service. Waste of my time. Won't be visiting again
They could be more hands on with suggestions about what you may need, not everyone is 100% with paint
