Top gym! Scott the owner is great and always provides a friendly welcoming environment. As a female, gyms can be quite daunting but I was immediately made to feel comfortable since the start of my journey with Phoenix. Great range of equipment and staff are knowledgeable on health and fitness. Extremely affordable, would recommend!
I love this gym!! Such a friendly, unpretentious space. Family owned & you can tell, as the atmosphere is always upbeat & welcoming. Scott & his team are all so lovely & helpful & really make you feel at ease.nThere is a wide range of equipment & loads of free weights & also resident PT's that you can book in with if you want a One to One or Two to One training session.nThey also sell a range of Protein & pre-workouts etc, have a sunbed for tanning & there are a few classes if you want to do a group fitness session & boxing lessons for both adults & kids. There's even a Pool Table if you want to have a game after your session!nThe membership is super cheap & affordable too with options for annual, monthly or pay as you go.nHighly recommended!!
Fun and friendly atmosphere, the staff make you feel very welcome and warming as I wasn’t familiar with gym equipment and staff was very helpful showing me how to do some exercises and walked me through it they even come back to check on me after showing me which is amazing service !!nAffordable membership and wide range of products.nOverall an amazing gym and would highly recommend to all !! :
Great range of equipment except from resistance bands very friendly enviroment helpful community even had a guy show me proper form for some excersises and advisee on what to do for certain muscles overall great gym
Great gym, all the staff members are friendly and helpful. They offer personal training and boxing sessions at extra cost to membership but not overly priced.
