Unfortunately pretty much as per Emma's review below. Tried calling on numerous occasions without getting through and no voicemail facility. Emailed via the website using the contact page and even messaged via messenger on FB page and nobody has had the courtesy to return contact regarding my enquiry. It's very disappointing when I have heard great things about the club and have a dedicated little girl who is desperate to progress yet seems to have no chance here. ☹

Same as the other 2 mums been trying to get in contact with the club no answe on phone and tried for years now to email on there site and email Jessica but still don't know if my daughter is on the waiting list or not don't even know if they got my messages or not as no one reply s to them

I would like to give this place 6 stars. Very nice place, our little one loves spending time here on the Monday sessions for kids. Really nice place. However there are very limited parking spaces and really nothing more apart from the Club. It is located in the small industrial area w/o to many other "attractions"...

Absolutely fantastic club ran by professional, knowledgable and dedicated staff and volunteers. The coaches are superb and it's like one big family. My daughter has been a part of the club for a number of years and the coaches have supported her from day one. She has gained lots of confidence from the sessions and that has helped her in her other activities too. Well done BGC. Proud to be a part of such an inspirational place. X
