What can I say about the level of service, hospitality and comfort... I am over 50, never worked out in life and had so manny body aches all the time. Someone referred me to Focus Physiotherapy in Bolton. I must admit that I had zero hope... BUT... They assessed my situation, trained me on how to strengthen my muscles and got rid of all the pain killers in less than 3 months. I feel blessed that Dharmin, Jenna and Narender are ALWAYS there for my entire family. Life wouldn't be same with Focus Physiotherapy!!!
I have used Focus Physiotherapy for several months now and have found the staff to be most caring, knowledgeable and pleasant. They are welcoming from the time you arrive. Haber, the receptionist is so pleasant and patient no matter how busy she may be. She always has a smile for each patient. Dharma has such good ideas to help in recovery with exercises, tips on posture etc. and gives the best massages. I have had such relief from pain thanks to her expertise. Steve is always pleasant and polite no matter how busy he is. He takes the time to do his part in my treatment by explaining what he is doing and helping me to do the exercises properly. I highly recommend the staff here.

Couldn't be happier with Focus. Great staff have helped me get through many injuries, and build the strength so they don't reoccur. Always accommodating with appointments. Would recommend to anyone. 8 yeays after posting the above, I still feel the same. Always helpful and friendly. Some of the faces have changed, but still excellent quality care and I would still highly recommended them for physio and massage.
I love this place! Receptionists are great, very helpful and knowledgeable. The Physiotherapist is wonderful... the whole staff is so nice! I came here after my car accident, and I have improved so much after having Physio and Massage Therapy here. The women at the front always returns my phone calls in a timely manner, they're also accommodating, the place is always clean. I have nothing but great things to say about this place! They really go out of their way to make you feel like a patient as opposed to making you feel like just a "number".
When I arrive I am greeted by name by Hajera and Penny. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I genuinely belive they care about their clients and want to help me heal from my car accident. My physiotherapist is Dharmin and she always works to help work out my trouble area that day. Thank you Dharmin. I also see Wojciech sometimes and he is also great at easing my pain. Linda is for massages and I always leave feeling so much better. Steve is my go to guy getting me set up when I get there and he also ensures I am doing my excercises probably. The staff at Focus definetly work as a TEAM. I am glad I was referred to this clinic and definitely will refer my family and friends.
I have been doing my physiotherapy at Focus since 2nd week of October following a car accident. They are always friendly and caring. They always work on my extremely sore areas like neck and back. Dharmin and Steve are great and ask how I'm doing and what can they do to help. All the staff are great and I would definetly refer my friends and family to Focus Pysiotherapy. Thank you Maria Vani
Focus Physiotherapy in Bolton has great staff. They are always welcoming and caring. The physiotherapist always modify the therapy as per the current condition of my injury. All staff are very knowledgeable and answer all questions with utmost care and respect. I highly recommend this this site for all types of Physiotherapy.
I love this place! It is a very clean and welcoming environment. The staff is very friendly and polite. Darlene is amazing at what she does and always answers any questions I may have and is very knowledgeable. Voychuck always takes the time to listen and meets my expectations with regards to my injuries. He cares about his patients, and goes over and beyond his job to make sure his patients are satisfied. I would definitely recommend this place to others! :
