I signed up about 4-5 months ago to do a level 2 gym instructors course and from beginning to end Focus training have been brilliant. I enjoyed the structured learning with work books and telephone revision tests. The tutor doing my test phone tests was really good at getting the best out of me and really helpful, I was so pleased when I realised that the same tutor would be teaching the assessment weekend, he had a really nice manner and excellent teaching style. The whole experience has given me the enthusiasm and confidence to want to sign up for level 3.

Well prepared fitness lessons and friendly approach to each session!  I am recommending to anyone who feels satisfaction with fitness and who wants to learn the basis of exercises from beginning! Courses offer more than you might be expecting! Definitely no disappointments!
