Not happy that my child was forced out of her swimmimg lesson, nothing we did. My child was not registered on the system (which was known by them but not sorted),Even then we had the same time for year now. Turns out the blame is staff not doing their jobs, not a great internet connection. Not just us, other people have had this problem. Now we have to find a different slot while new comers can have our child's place.

It could be a lot cleaner. The showers are rubbish, way too slow, vending machines not working and not enough staff on reception resulting in long queues.
