Recently bought a used Arteon from yourselves and couldn’t be happier. I dealt with Usman who was very professional and more than helpful in every aspect. I was kept up to date with everything and never kept waiting. The car needed some small dents and a scuff fixing and I was assured they’d be sorted - which they were! You can’t even tell. The car was delivered on time looking brand new and freshly serviced. A genuine 5 stars.
Shocking Customer Service from Service Team!! - Been using Volkswagen Inchcape Bolton for over 2 years now due to being in a company fleet car and all work carried out by a local dealer. In the last 2 years the customer service has been shambles with wrong contact numbers on systems, messages or communications not being passed to customers even staff don’t know what’s going on and even the worked carried out is standard but heavily invoiced ££. Only Daniel from the Service Team is great to deal with. Will be avoiding this dealer and requesting all work to be carried out by Lookers in Preston 20 Miles further from me to avoid dealing with these guys not worth the hassle. Unfortunately this review will fall on deaf ears!
Each time I take the car it's ready when they say it will be. They make sure everything is okay before I get it back. If they can't finish on the day they let me know and the following day I get the car back. With all the jobs needed done. Thank you for the great job
Excellent service from Ryan yesterday, my screen washer fluid stopped working in the big freeze, even though my car was 4 years old they replaced the fuse while I waited .... no charge!! I was so pleased, I could finally see through the screen again!!! Thanks
