Worse experience with them. Charged a lot for services which half of them are in my service plan. Few things they done without asking me. Made my bill above £700. Took 4 days to clear my car and after that they not even bother to clean the car properly. That's how they conned innocent people.
Harry was a very nice guy. He provided excellent, detailed information and presented excellent customer service skills throughout. I Felt confident and happy when I purchased my Audi A3. I would 100% recommend Bolton Audi. I am completely satisfied with the service they have provided so far
Absolute pleasure to visit, made the whole experience easy and simple. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Big thank you to Deborah and Harry for making all arrangements. Definitely recommend this dealership excellent customer service.
I have dealt with Bolton Audi on a number of occasions and it is the best dealership I have dealt with the staff are so good and go out of their way to help. I'd like to give a big thumbs up for Dave in the parts department, he is a credit to the company.
Having previously purchased my car from Bolton Audi leaving a 5 star review for their excellent customer service, the same can not be said for their service department. Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever received. After calling out Audi assistance following a high voltage electrical fault I was told to take my car in for repair. No courtesy cars we’re available so I dropped my car off on the Monday afternoon having booked it in for Tuesday and made my own way home. By Wednesday afternoon, considering I had no transport, I called for an update only to be quite bluntly and condescendingly told there was no update because the car hadn’t even been looked at. I politely requested another update by COB so that I could make arrangements for my business. I was eventually called back with a diagnosis and the promise of a hire car due to work that needed to be carried out. By Thursday afternoon I hadn’t heard anything now 3 days without transport so I called again and once again was spoken to in a manner which I find unbelievable as a customer. Almost as if I had no right to question why I hadn’t heard anything. I finally received a call from the hire car company telling me it was too late to get a car on the Thursday and they would deliver a car by Friday lunchtime meaning rearrangement of further business meetings and my diary. After waiting another full day on the Friday with no update I called again at 3.30pm to see if I would be getting my car back anytime soon only to be told it was miraculously ready for collection after their ‘quality control inspection’ I headed down to collect my car and was dealt with by one of the service team who shall remain nameless. I have never been spoken to so arrogantly, rudely and unprofessionally in my life. All because I dared to mention how disappointed I was with the customer service and lack of communication. This was met initially with ‘I told you clearly that I would update you if there was an update’ and followed by further aggressive responses such like I have never experienced before. I eventually had to request my keys and inform the person I no longer wanted to sit there arguing as she was hell bent on justifying her appalling attitude. I am still waiting for the service manager to call me to discuss this experience, true to form I haven’t heard from him. Clearly that call will never happen so if you read this review can I suggest you spend some time on staff customer service training and how to communicate and deal with customers in a polite and non aggressive manner.
Want to lose business? Provide bad customer service? The parts department here will give you a great lesson. Put an arrogant person answering the phone. Be unhelpful. Don’t stock the part and then make the customer drive in to pay no way to pay remotely and then come back again when the part arrives. Fantastic…
I was interested in a s3 and missus wanted a tt walked around for 15 mins stood in show room for 5 mins no one payed us any attention so we left. Went to Williams bmw ordered an m135i xdrive and a z4 same day great service instantly acknowledge and couldn't do enough to help. Even gave us there demo cars for a few hours on each model.
Had a call back in September to say I was due an upgrade so went in to the store to be told it’s an extra £100 a month and basically wasted my time. 2 days ago received another call from Bolton audi to say I can upgrade now in December told them I will talk over the phone as I knew they would waste more of my time, so today I was quoted £410 for the same car and same age as my existing car. I have equity in the car didn’t offer any other options just tried pushing a £410 a3 on me. I will go to Manchester audi next or maybe BMW.
Superb customer service from Dylan in the parts department. Kept me up to date with my order and went that extra mile you don't get from other brands.
Called to Audi Bolton as our car was due for replacement, immediately and pleasantly welcomed by Sarah, may I add we have an Audi already and have never stayed with any brand in the past as we never been happy enough with the vehicles to be brand loyal, until now. We had an A1 2019 model that did 65000 miles with no problems at all, absolutely nothing went wrong, this had us back at the door of Audi, the service provided was, as we enjoyed in 2019, very professional and helpful. Thank you Sarah for everything.
