Location is in a good distance to the King’s college hospital, as having a training there. Staff is nice. Breakfast was super poor, seems not clean & hygienic. Decided not to have it for the second morning. The room was fairly okay according to the expectation. The hair dryer was not working but the staff team helped resolved.Rooms: 2/5
Never go there!! This is one of the worst hotels in London. I’ve stayed there for night and booked the best room which was deluxe double room. The room number was 112 was still under construction and there were plenty of works remaining. The water was leaking. There was no socket for mobile chargers. When I asked them I don’t have enough facilities which was given in the website then the receptionist offered me an extension for charging my phone and his behaviour was very rude. I refused it because the room has plenty of damages. Then I was given another room without AC. The room number was 336. When I said where is the ac because it was boiling hot out there then they said it was not mentioned in my booking. They didn’t want to give ac room but I sent my booking receipt and room details in their mail then they gave me another room which 132 room. That room was looking alright but when the rain started I found the water was leaking. I was completely disappointed. And there is not lift. So I decided not to create any mess and I left the hotel early in the morning to get rid of this. If you don’t want to ruin your trip, stay away from this worst hotel.
I recently stayed at Pasha Hotel London for three nights, and I had an outstanding experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and they even upgraded my room without me asking, which was a pleasant surprise. Rooms: The room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from my window was breathtaking. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the complimentary toiletries and the daily housekeeping service, which always left the room looking pristine.
The conditon of the hotel is not great, the hallway smells very badly, the walls have lots of scratches and marks. Mould was also present on the walls especially in the bathrooms. The so-called breakfast is only one fried egg and a small bit of bread. Never stay here!Rooms: 1/5
Hello I recently booked the PASHA hotel this week from 05.02.2024 to 07.02.2024 with my friendsRoom 121. The experience was horrible! Moldy walls, smelly and damp bathroom, dirty white curtains but worst of all BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!! Etc. I only ended up staying for 1 night as I could not spend another night here. Around 11.30pm on Tuesday I got bitten by a red bedbug and it caused a horrible reaction to my whole arm feeling discomforting, hot and itchy. My finger is very very very swollen , numb and painful. I reported this situation to the staff asap at the reception and they offered to move us to another room. However the condition of the other room wasn't good! I left around midnight to go home. Due to this situation I had to go to the nearest pharmacy to get treated and take medication to recover. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures as evidence , my instant reaction was to kill the bug and leave this hotel as soon as possible. I was no longer comfortable to stay in this pasha hotel. It'll take a few weeks for me to recover whilst taking the prescribed medication. I STRONGLY DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! The price was reasonable for 3 days i paid but the quality of service in this hotel is very poor, unsafe and unhygienic. Although the staff handled my complaint well by offering a new room, respectfully speaking the pasha hotel is not in any good condition for anyone to stay, please avoid at all costs. It may look pretty in the pictures, unfortunately in reality it is a disappointment. Rate 1/10 @PashaHotel Kind regards.
I booked a one-night stay at this hotel while my dad was having surgery in London. However, I ended up extending our stay for another two nights due to his longer hospital stay. The booking process for the extra nights was very easy, thanks to their flexible options. The rooms are affordable and offer good value for the price, however the walls are a bit stained. I paid £55 per night for a twin room, which included a nice ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and provided towels. The room had both a comfortable double bed and a single bed. There was also a spacious wardrobe, a TV, and a kettle. The staff at the hotel were very polite and friendly. If you're looking for an affordable and convenient place near King's College Hospital, I highly recommend booking here. There are also plenty of shops nearby, and it's a straightforward 15-20 minute walk to the hospital.
The room itself was a little bare but found it clean. As we were out most of the days we there it was fine. We were there a year ago in 2023.Rooms: 4/5
This was the worst hotel ive ever stayed in! It was so outdated, the hotel stank of weed, our room had coffee stains up the walls and on the floors, the mirror on the wadrobe had a large crack in it. our view out the window was awful. It looked out onto a rooftop which had a door leading to another corridor of rooms, which meant someone outside could literally look right into our room. Worst stay ever. It was pretty cheap but it was worse for what i paid for!
The reception is well lit and lovely. The room was neat and clean, just dirty wall and toilet floor was so damp after bath and flushing, maybe a drainage issue‍ and didn’t have an heater. Rooms: Very clean just the walls. Walkability: Close proximity to various stores of choice.
The beds and pillows were quite comfortable and had a hair dryer in the bathroom but there was many cracks on walls and water drainage in the shower took a long time to stop flooding and the breakfast wasn’t the best as the worker was not organised and the hygiene at the hotel is not good and the hotel will need some renovationsRooms: 4/5
