Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 5 nights. Great value and space for a family of 4 to spread out. The included breakfast was fabulous with hot food, croissants, fruit etc, constantly being refilled. They did have a decent gluten free offering as well. The 2 bathrooms in our suite had excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water. The kitchenette was well supplied and served our basic needs. Our only complaint was waiting for the 2 slow elevators. We will definitely stay here again. Walkability: About a 12 minute walk to the High Street Kensington tube station. Pleasant, safe walk.
Our stay was great. The location is good if you prefer to stay away from the big crowds and touristy areas. I found the Tesco next to the hotel be convenient and didn’t bother me at all that it is besides the car park. Breakfast is awesome. Lots of options, huge seating area, and the staff was really helpful. The manager was always checking in on guests. The room was nice and overall okay, my only recommendation would be a more thorough cleaning in some areas of the room. But sheets, towels and the bathroom were good.
The rooms are nice and clean. We are Silver Marriott members and were promised an upgrade but we didn't get it the person st the reception said they did. After settling in the room we looked online and realized we weren't given any upgrade. We had to go to the reception and ask for it. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, one of the best we've had. The flavoured water in the reception is also a great treat. Overall a nice stay except the trouble in the first day.
Good location and spacious rooms! We had the 2 bedroom with a living room and kitchen and it was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 4 plus grandma and grandpa. There is a supermarket with everything you need next door. The hotel staff was the best and our favorite part of our stay they are all so helpful and kind!. We specifically appreciated Orkmed at the front desk, and the bartenders Joy and Daniel! The only mini complaint is the cleanliness of the rooms, it wasn’t terrible but it could have been better less dust. We do plan on returning!
Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Told them at booking it was my girlfriends birthday and they upgraded the room. I paid a bit extra and they added in flowers and a cake. The room was perfect for what we needed and very spacious. The bartenders Joy and Daniel were great. Location isn’t “central” for London but it’s still easy to get into the tourist areas via public transport and it’s easy to get to Heathrow airport also. When your lady says you did a good job getting the hotel, it’s certainly worth leaving a review
I’ve been several times over the years and this property used to be good. Staff are great but unfortunately the property isn’t well kept. Hallways are smelly and dirty. The price is significantly hiked from previous years, and honestly I don’t see the value for money, considering better places are around for same or cheaper. The room is well equipped for general needs and It’s still useful if you have business in that side of London. Personally I don’t think I’ll choose it in my next trip.
Great experience staying here, Aliona at the front desk was amazing and let us check in early as our flight in was very early, this was such a pleasant surprise for our day! Probably the best breakfast at a hotel I've ever had, the cappuccino machine was a nice touch. We could have stayed here for our whole time in London with the comfortable room and mini kitchen but our plans had us moving on. From the hotel we walked up to Kensington Palace and Park and found many great options for food and drinks along the journey.
Maria.... at the reception was courteous and did all she could to get me settled in quickly. Then, the surprise hand written note from the front desk team and chocolates they left in the room was quite a way to pamper a weary traveller. Breakfast was okay and my eggs came really fast when I ordered. Overall, it was worth the stay.
We have visited this hotel in the month of July and we stayed for 15 nights. The hotel is very welcoming and in good location. The facilities around the hotel are great restaurants and supermarkets The only thing bothered us was the elevator. There are only 2 elevators for 11 floors. It was slow because of the crowd. The breakfast was fine.
Between 2 and 3. Friendly staff - breakfast included. Room was not so great. TV in main sitting area would cut out constantly and not connect to my device, even after calling to front desk. Coffee maker did not work and replacement maker came with no pods. Water pressure and temperature were good though. Outlet in bathroom not functional. Gum under the table in the living area.
