Happy enough to give a good sales pitch but shocking trade in prices, advert is full of false claims, I was promised a full mot, a service and a valet got nothing. Car is now full of fault codes and regretting dealing with this garage and took the shine of trying to upgrade my car. Check over any cars here thoroughly and make sure you get what they offer you. Dont get stung like I did!!
Couldnt be more happier with the vehicle i purchased and the customer service i received from Jimmy. Saw the car online phoned up to see if it was still available turned up a few days later and drove away with a big smile ;- Thank you so much. Happy Motoring
Where do you start.i bought an x type Jag from this garage a few months ago now. The customer service is outstanding the car came with full one years MOT,it was serviced,I had a choice of having the alloys refurbished to any colour I wanted, remote batteries where exchanged for new and they even put twenty pounds of fuel in. I nearly bought a car from another garage round the corner,but after reading the reviews I am glad I didn't as their customer service didn't exist.just waiting for the eldest son to pass his test so I can purchase another vehicle from Stella.
Great customer services, the two owners couldn’t do enough for you during our visit to purchase the vehicle and then to pick it up. It was cleaned immaculately when we picked it up and had work carried out on it as promised. Great value on the vehicle also. Thank you for the great service:
Absolutely fantastic service everything was relaxed it was taken at my pace did not feel forced like most other places any problems or questions i had were very quickly dealt with or answered absolutely brilliant would 100% recommend them

Excellent service from start to finish. Saw car I liked on Autotrader and rang Blaydon to see if still there, had test drive, given an excellent price for my car, date given when MOT would be done by. First class service would definitely recommend to friends and family could not fault them at all.
Bought last year an reliable red 2011 Toyota Aygo that has been running very well , mechanically healthy, ablolutely no issues .... 1 year after car ownership just passed MOT straight away only bad thing is corrosion ..... Overall an good buy
I'd like to thank Blaydon's salesman for being rude and argumentative when I rang to ask about a vehicle. I noted that the car I was interested in was overpriced according to online valuations, including mileage and equipment, and asked if the price was negotiable. Now, he could have said, "I'm sorry, our prices are fixed". But instead, he was aggressive, insulting about online valuations, and hung up on me. As a result, I didn't buy his overpriced car, and bought a much better deal elsewhere.
Fast efficient service with very supportive staff. Went out of their way to make buying a car easy
