Very friendly and helpful. The car I bought turned out to need replaced front discs and pads within a week, which was not great. However the seller paid 70% of the costs. Nearly 1 year in and the car drives like new.

I bought a fiat punto and fell in love with it, beautiful body work, immaculate interior - loved it. However two days later the clutch went. I contacted John and he told me how he could help and still provide me with transport to work. He was professional and courteous. He came to my address the next day gave me my money back and towed the other one away. Would of gave 5 stars but I'm gutted the car had to go. Thankyou for resolving this matter so quickly

Don’t get a car from here! I payed £695 for a car with a clutch that doesn’t even work. I need to pay a lot of money to get it fixed now. I didn’t even get offered any help or any of my money back. So I wouldn’t recommend getting a car from here. You’ll just get sold one with problems.

Bought a Mercedes-Benz CLK from John at Albany Cars. 100% happy with John's initial contact, sales & after-sales. Would certainly be happy to buy from Albany Cars again. Great communication and fair deals.

We have not sold a Mazda 6 this year. We have never had a customer called Chris Fine, nor have we had a complaint from him. If VOSA were involved, they would have come down on us and our MOT station like a ton of bricks with complaints of a "dodgy MOT". We've heard nothing!

Great place for good cheap cars, especially if you just started driving. Good people and honest and caring for yours as well as there deal. Worth every penny.

Worse person I've ever bought from sold be a mazda 6 with a dodgy mot had to get vosa involved as he wouldn't fix the issues would avoid this dealer at all costs
