Alba was an exceptional host, both attentive and thorough in her explanations. She made sure we understood every option clearly. The coffee was beautifully presented, and despite it being early, everything was prepared for excellent service. We were quite hungry and left completely satisfied. The food was served at the perfect temperature, and we were served quickly. Without a doubt, we’d come back again.
We are SO impressed!! Absolute 5 star service! We checked in with Caitlin at reception and she gave absolute 10/10 service. She knew her stuff and made our check-in experience so easy and stress-free. We travel a lot and this has to be one of the best check-in experiences we’ve had! Thank you so much! We cannot wait to stay again!
A huge thank you to Mariana at reception for her exceptional service! From the moment we arrived, she made our stay unforgettable with her warm welcome, swift check-in process, and all the help she provided during our visit. Her thoughtful gesture of a gift for our little princess was truly heartwarming and made our day extra special. The hotel itself is a fantastic place to stay—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. But it’s the outstanding hospitality from staff like Mariana that sets this place apart. If we could give more than 10 stars, we would! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.
Alba’s service was outstanding—polite, friendly, and with a fantastic attitude. She took the time to explain everything clearly. The café is charming, with fair prices. We absolutely loved the coffee and fresh pancakes. We’ll definitely be back, especially since it’s so close to one of our favorite spots in the city. If the sky is clear, you can enjoy breakfast with a beautiful view of Big Ben through the windows.
Great place to stay, rooms attractive and spotless, Caitlin at Reception was really helpful and let us book in early so we could book a slot at the spa. Beds really comfy. Room and spa facilities excellent. Concierge was also very helpful and we could leave luggage there for the day after checking out. Great view of the Shard from our room and of Westminster from the front of the hotel. An ideal birthday treat for me! Nearby activities: London Eye, Big Ben, boat trips, Waterloo station
It was my first hotel on my honeymoon. It's an honor to receive a room upgrade service. I don't speak English, but I want to say thank you to Mariana for being so kind to me! Big Ben, which can be seen right from the entrance of the hotel, is so cool. I'm so happy with the room upgrade to the London Eyeview. The room is in great condition and the soundproofing is good. It's a place I want to come back to again. I really recommend it. Let's have so many happy memories. The location is so good. Rooms: The room is very quiet, clean, spacious, and has a good view. Nearby activities: It's good that you can walk to Big Ben and London Eye, and it's not far from the subway station.
We were greeted by the lovely Mariana, who was so kind - she checked us in & offered us a room upgrade! Which was unexpected but greatly appreciated after a long working day. Our room wasn’t quite ready, so she offered us a free drinks voucher for the bar & and asked room service to push through our room. We didn’t have to wait for long - our room was large, spacious and had wonderful views of Big Ben! We had a very enjoyable stay with a lovely room, wonderful service & the hotel was in a great location. A huge thanks to Mariana for looking after us during our stay. We will be back!
Love this hotel! Try and stay here everytime I come to London for work! Everything is seamless and nothing is a problem. Stunning views over the river and spacious rooms to relax in. A brilliant place to stay in the heart of London. As soon as you walk in, you'll feel a warm welcome from the security personnel which made us feel really secure.
