I went to see Linda after progressive deterioration in one shoulder over many years and a recent injury to the other I decided not to go to my usual Physiotherapist but to give Linda a try. Linda went to great lengths to explain what was most probably causing my shoulder pain and I have then had two sessions of "manipulation and massage". The results are phenomenal! I'm sleeping better and the general day today pain I have been suffering has reduced dramatically. All this is a really nice, clean and clinical setting. If you are having problems with joint pain especially in the shoulders I can't recommend Linda enough! The results I have had have been amazing!
Linda at Outline Health has been really helpful in treating me. I searched for a local Osteopath due to lower back pain and seeing Linda really helped. I felt very comfortable with the treatments, they really helped with the pain and I was sent helpful exercise videos. I'd highly recommend Outline Health Osteopathy.
On my first visit Linda made me feel instantly at ease and diagnosed the problem quickly. Treatment over a few sessions was very successful and helped me to understand and manage my condition. Follow up maintenance visits have been very helpful. Linda is always kind, friendly and sympathetic. Would highly recommend.

I used to have a real issue with my back impacting on my health and wellbeing, Linda provided not only physical manipulation to aid in recovery but also a very easy to follow explanation of why I had issues. Along with additional exercises to increase movement and I now make a visit to Linda part of my routine maintenance of the body and mind.
