Excellent place to train. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I have met some lovely people here too who I absolutely love training with. The support that you get from Sandy and Jussy is just brilliant. I would highly recommend for both children and adults. The mixed classes twice a week allows you to train with other adults whilst the children train in the ring. You can see your children learning something new whilst you also train yourself.

Unbelievably friendly but disciplined as all martial arts should be. Brilliant gym. Thoroughly recommended. Make that first step off the settee. You won't regret it

Fantastic place to train for the kids. No airs or graces, the coaches keep it real and keeps the kids disciplined and focused on learning, yet making it fun.  Both my boys have done so well here, mixing with children from different backgrounds and skills and being taught life lessons as they go building their confidence.  Thank you Sandy and Kru Carl.  Say no to dirty Maccies!

Thai boxing club in Bolton is an amazing gym that is inclusive of everyone - no matter how fit or unfit, trained or untrained, social or unsocial everyone is welcome where you can make friends for life  All the people here are incredibly friendly and welcoming - no one will feel belittled or left out and there are classes for those who barely know how to throw a punch to those who have been fighting years.  Sandy and Jussy are fantastic European champions with decades of experience - not only are they willing and eager to share this knowledge they will never pressure you to fight or do anything you don’t want to.  Come down and see why it is know as not only the oldest Thai boxing gym in the country but the one where multiple champions of all levels have trained and gone on to do amazing things.

Excellent place .The staff Sandy and Jussy are ex champions . Great for keeping fit , self defence . They promote a positive mindset. Brilliant for all ages and fitness levels would highly recommend.

My son and niece are both members. All the instructors are very nice and great with the kids. Very good value for money as well
