I've been a member of CFUF for a few weeks now, and it has been an incredible experience. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely care about each member's progress. The community is welcoming and supportive, making every workout enjoyable and challenging. The facility is well-equipped with everything needed for a great CrossFit session. Highly recommend CFUF to anyone looking to get fit and join a fantastic fitness community!

Such a welcoming place! I was scared to death walking through the door, but was made to feel at ease - everyone from coaches to members are so helpful. Emphasis is put on form, progression, and pushing yourself. Can’t wait to see what the next few months bring!
Wow, what a first few weeks I've had here. As a personal trainer/online for over 3 years, a gym-based training background of over 12 years, I have still managed to learn so much in my first few weeks. From the first minute of my foundations class I have been made to feel like part of the family thanks to the amazing coaches and members alike. What i love most is the coaches hold you to high standards for all movements whilst their teaching styles turns potentially complex instructions into easy to understand and interpret, plus the demo's are clear! The best decision i've made in my long training history and I'm looking forward to competing under the UF name next year. I'd recommend to anyone who needs to reinvigorate their fitness game and don't waste any time like I did! get involved!
With 12 years gym experience, this was my first experience of CrossFit at this gym and not one single bad thing to say. Mark and the team are so awesome, supportive and motivational. Fantastic space, awesome people and the best workouts. Fully recommend for everyone!
I thought I was quite fit and strong until I joined this great Crossfit gym tucked away in the heart of Bolton. Turns out I was wrong. I don’t think I’ve challenged my fitness levels this way….. ever. Now I’m a bit hooked. The members are friendly and encouraging. The expertise and precise instruction from the amazing coaches supports progression and improvement in strength, endurance and agility. A really reliable, happy and personable fitness experience.
I attended a foundation class, it was my first time ever doing CrossFit and myself and my friend felt welcome from the moment we stepped in the door. Everything was explained and no question was laughed at. I will definitely be back and making CrossFit part of my workout routine from now on. 10/10 recommend, definitely give this gym a go even if you are totally new to it!
After focusing on weight loss for the past year and losing over 4 stone my love for keeping fit and wanting to try new activities has grown, I had always loved CrossFit but never imagined I would be able to complete a class, I found CrossFit UF online and after some research and a recommendation from a friend I booked a foundations class, from my first contact with Mark I felt welcomed and informed about the class, on my 1st session I was so nervous I nearly left but what really struck with me was the welcome from Mark, he welcomed me by my name and the other class members reassured me and made me feel at ease, I felt like a person something that I felt in my commercial gym was lacking it’s very unsupportive and people never speak something I struggled with and why I wanted a new gym. That very 1st five minutes I knew I was in a place where I would be encouraged to grow and be supported, I was worried people would laugh at me and think I wasn’t good enough but the people in the class were so supportive motivating me and believing in me. I had the most amazing 1st class and left the gym feeling like I could achieve anything, Mark, Kirsty and the members of CrossFit UF are so passionate, helpful and believe in you. The past month my love for fitness has returned and I am enjoying learning all the new skills and building my fitness but most of all I am having fun and meeting new people. I would highly recommended CrossFit UF and I know this is just the beginning of my journey.
Joined cross fit about 3 months ago. I wasn’t expecting to enjoy it as much as I have, it’s far exceeded my expectations. The team that run it are so friendly, helpful and push you to improve! There is a great vibe and atmosphere in the gym from the team and the clients that go there, everyone is their to help each other there is no judgement at all!
