Absolute joke. I signed up having been told that when im at the gym my little one can be in creche or doing childrens activites once the deposit was given got told creche is closed in the evenings and as for the activities she has to be 3. Didnt argue just got on with it. Few months later my partner made an enquiry asking if it was possible to clear the membership for the year just as an option if we decided to go ahead and do that. They then tried to claim the full amount from my account when my partner hadnt even agreed this or consulting me. Dont know what gave them the right to claim on MY account when his not even named on it. Been trying to resolve this for days now long behold there best solution is i pay 3 months for cancelling even though i have no intention of ever going back. What a rip off! Beware of the sales team they promise you a service you will not get.

Absolutely fantastic... Has everything you need here... An elite gym and sports facilities which include tennis, squash, badminton and an outdoor table tennis table. Great place to relax after a long day at work as they also have a lounge and sauna.

Is just a gym overpriced and when you go to join they are very nice when you sign to go you see how they really are. Just feeling sorry that i was 1.5 years on this gym. Is just a business for them and they see just $$$$

Lovely venue that I believe is usually very busy. Unfortunately when I was there last week it was extremely quiet but the weather was bad. Would go again.

I have been a member of the Bolton club since it opened in 2000 and have regularly swum in the outside pool. In fact during the first winter I swam in the warm outdoor pool whilst it was snowing. For a few years the pool closed in winter but I am pleased to say it now remains open for most of the year. The pool temperature is normally kept at a pleasant 28-29 deg although on freezing cold days it can be a degree or two cooler but I have nearly always managed to swim outside. The staff are friendly and helpful and the club has a good facilities and a good atmosphere . On warm and sunny days one really feels good swimming outside and its hard to believe one is not on holiday abroad!
