Was here today and glad to see they were open. Both inside and outside is very well decorated. Staff was excellent and dealt very well with a particularly difficult customer prior to my order. The menu is very well put together with a good selection. My starter was excellent and I really enjoyed it however my main of fish and chips left me disappointed. Otherwise the facilities were good. Toilets and WiFi available.
Fab venue, good array of drinks on offer. The food was delicious and well presented. Great ambience Thank you for a memorable evening, we will be back soon.
The menu was lovely and our waiting staff Rachel & Kian were fantastic. Rachel especially was so attentive and treated us so well & was just amazing
The friendly,welcoming staff. This was Customer Service at it best, by all staff we came into contact with. Especially our host Hannah. who is real asset and one of the main reasons for our next visit.
Service was great. The portion size was huge with lots of different roast vegetables. The food was really delicious, but a little bit salty by the end. Definitely would come back again. Great portion size for the price
I walk past this place 3-4 times a week as it is right opposite Richmond Station, and yet never been until now. I was very pleasantly surprised; food was good, atmosphere was good. Feel bad about dropping a star, but like lots of other pubs/restaurants they clearly struggle to get good staff; service was ok, but not great. That said, it didn't stop us from returning for drinks after our event at Richmond theatre. Glad I found it, and will go back again. Hopefully the staff will have had a bit more training and a bit more experience by then.
Rach and Noah were extremely welcoming and helpful. Made my meal choices really easy in light of accommodating dietary requirements. Made excellent recommendations on cocktails and helped my friends birthday celebrations go with a bang. Thank you
New Years Eve afternoon. Party of six looking for somewhere suitable. Was greeted at One Kew Road by a lovely helpful lad, soon joined by Rachel. Rachel is a true gem. Her service was exceptional. We were so impressed how relaxed and capable she was. She gave us all an afternoon to remember. Compliments to the chef, food fantastic, good wines and beer selection. We shall all be back. Thanks to Rachel and her team.
Great venue, had the work Xmas party here. Good atmosphere, lots of room and nice food. Staff were friendly too.
The staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Our meals were fantastic. One thing, the plant burger does not come with fries, i think that should be made clearer on the menu
