Large sauna but if its your first time the staff will show you round. Very clean and a spacious locker room although it could do with more seating. The sauna was good and hot however the steam room could have done with a bit more heat. Steam room very large so needs a bit more heat. Jacuzzi was chilly when I visited which was disappointing. Restaurant was very clean and food was nice. Other areas were clean and comfortable. Good experience over all but could have been warmer.

Over the last few months this place has unfortunately gone downhill.  I was there for one of its night events yesterday, the building was freezing cold, at one point there was no music so there was absolutely no atmosphere, the majority of the TV's were turned off as well.  People were leaving shortly after arriving but the manager ensured no refunds were issued, I also find him not the friendliest, the rest of the staff are very nice and the place is clean.  Last night I would have closed off some of the building to manage the low numbers in the facility and keep the building warm, I won't be going again and find myself going to the Greenhouse more as I live an equal distance between both.  It would have been better if the people who had paid the best part of twenty quid in were at least offered a complimentary drink or something to eat to justify why they paid and travelled to the place.  It was a waste of my evening due to the lack of atmosphere which could have been managed better.  I'm glad it's not my business.  RIP

I went to be the mixed “bi-day” here on the first Friday on the month, this place is like no other, it’s totally unique it in sizes and facilities, a great crowd, lovely staff, oh and the car park is second-to-none!

I'd never been to a sauna until today but I definitely picked the right one.  Spotlessly clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful.  I was nervous and I was given I guided tour of the facilities by a really helpful, chatty guy that put me at my ease.  All the facilities advertised on the website were there and the terrace a perfect little sun-trap.  Great music too and at just the right level.  I had an amazing time.  And I will be going back soon!

Arrived just after opening. Undressed , showered then headed for jacuzzi. Absolutely boiling hot . Too hot to go in . Headed to sauna . Cold . Never had issues under last owners . £16  for that . Will not return .

Wow visited this club sat 24 and what a night the best venue I been to in years it so clean lots of room and facilities and boy they really do know how to make you feel welcome will defiantly be back again soon well done to all

Wow! Cleanness is 5 Staff also 5 Huge, massive building, it was the first time I've ever visited and found it by mistake on Google search while I tried to find a direction to Manchester... Really lovely atmosphere, can't wait to visit them again! Thank you x

I been to this Sauna so many times. always been excellent. The staff are always happy to help.&  very pleasant...spotlessly clean..never seen mess on the floors..& the facilities are 5* And every area is very spacious. not cramped up at all. And after Covid I visited the Sauna. a lot has been done..it always good.  now it's even better. Thanks to all staff. who have been doing  a brilliant job.. to keep this place going for guys like us.. Where we can come & relax & enjoy our freedom at the same time..  xxx

This was my first time at a sauna, I was very nervous I sat in the car park for about 10 mins before I had the balls to go inside I have to say I felt welcomed and very relaxed from the moment I entered the building. The staff were lovely and the building itself, along with all the facilities were clean and very fresh. I explored the whole building before finding a nice spot in the steam complex. All of the patrons I came across were also very friendly and I didn't feel uncomfortable once, everyone was very respectful and I definitely had a lot more fun than I thought I was going to! I will definitely be visiting again.

What a place. I just love it her. I've been a few time now since I first come her. Staff are great very nice and polite. Keep up the good work. This place would not be the same without the team.  The visitors that come her are also nice. The place is huge and always very clean. The steam room is the biggest I've seen. And the sauna room is great. Can wait to visit again.
