Always come from here feeling relaxed ! Very proffessional staff

First time I visited this spa, reception staff had only booked some of the treatments I had asked for, disappointing. As the therapist had done a good job, I at a later date decided to try again, what an error. Treatment rooms seemed to be double booked, I was offed the chair along side reception for facial waxing, really in a public area, disgusting. I opted to wait for a room to be free, eventually 25 minutes after appointment time I received my treatment but as my time was greatly reduced I felt I was rushed. NEVER AGAIN. I had to award 1 star to make my comments but really I wouldn't have given any.
