Story

The Park Royal is a fantastic four-star hotel, just off the M6/M56 motorway, 20 minutes from Manchester Airport and close to the thriving cities of Chester, Manchester and Liverpool, but with the Cheshire countryside on its doorstep, teeming with beautiful villages and buzzing suburbs.

The hotel itself blends a beautiful mix of modern facilities with elegant grandeur. Part of the hotel was built in 1831 as a vicarage to the nearby St Matthew's Church, a warm welcome always awaits.

For business guests it's not only the excellent location that is appealing. The hotel has a fantastic events centre with 15 flexible conference and meeting rooms for a range of events for up to 400 people. The dedicated events team work tirelessly to ensure the success of your event.

I booked 5 rooms for my husband and I and our children and grandchildren. We all had excellent rooms. Children enjoyed swimming. Great meal. All staff v friendly and attentive. Lovely weekend

This is a nice hotel but requires major improvements. First, the good stuff. The breakfast is nice and plenty of options. Guests can use spa, sauna, steam room and pool for free. The rooms are clean and decent but I would class it more of a 3 star rather than 4. Biscuits and coffee is provided in the room. The room I given has a sink sewage issue and the water would take ages to drain away. Bathrooms need updating to cover up the water and sewage pipes as this makes it look disgusting. Main road is close by and sometimes can be disturbed by traffic noise. Staff are polite and the conference room is really nice.

Nice hotel, good rooms, decent beds, but would like slightly better pillows. No in-room safe. Nice staff - friendly, helpful, accommodating. Restaurant is good - great dinners, decent breakfast. Would love to have a bit better selection for breakfast buffet, but it's still good. Overall - very happy with my stay here.

Enjoyed a spa break with daughters. Spa treatments were fab - totally relaxing. Hotel suite was spotless and extremely comfortable. Food was excellent. Overall service and staff were second to none. Will definitely go back. Totally relaxing couple of days.

Beautiful place I went for a birthday party, food was excellent although service was slow.  Surroundings are very nice, extremely comfortable with helpful staff.  I  would highly recommend.
