Really lovely space with a relaxing atmosphere. Friendly knowledgeable staff and really lovely treatments leaving my skin feeling amazing. Only downside for me is the presentation of the products for sale after treatments. At my last visit after being told my skin was in really good condition I was recommended the environ skin range, a set of 3 products 1 of which was free and 2 further products a cleanser and toner. All sounded great products, the downside is i had to ask the price, the set of 3 was £125 which maybe great value for the products but I had to politely decline. I then had a mini make up session, again I was offered everything for sale and again I had to enquire about pricing. I did buy a foundation, not because i needed one but because i felt obliged to buy something. Personally Its was uncomfotable to be hit with a sales pitch after what was a relaxing facial. I would prefer clearer pricing on products for sale and being left to enquire if I was interested.

Amazing! Beautiful decor, top class service. Very professional staff. Can't recommend highly enough. Best beauty treatments I've had ever anywhere.
