Me and a couple friends used Nicholas Humphreys last year and also this year for a student house, the staff were great from start to finish. The whole process was easy. Id recommend them to all students. Thank you again :)

Having had a previous bad experience with renting, Nicholas Humphreys made me feel at ease! The process was stress-free, exactly what you need when you're a uni student! Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks again :)

The worst letting agency, rude condescending patronising staff, especially Charlotte Laxton, if possible ask to not have her, don't expect her to care or put any effort into her work. She WILL screw you over, she WILL take your money, and treat you with the upmost disrespect, she will physically ignore you if you go into the office and via email as I have experienced. She will assume things have been sorted even after you've reported problems so be aware and constantly take photos and email the area manager about any problems you encounter for evidence. Do take legal action as I will be doing against them if needed as this will probably be the only way to get your money back for deposit or any refund. Apparently it doesn't matter if you've written an inventory for the place, reporting anything broken or damaged, as to Charlotte Laxton and Nicholas Humphries it counts for nothing. DO NOT USE.

I would recommenced Nicholas Humphreys Estate Agents to all students! The fee's are the cheapest and have been a tenant with them for 2 years now and have not had any issues. Excellent staff
