Avoid, especially if you are a student. If I could leave zero I would, it’s a shame I couldn’t leave a review 8 years ago. 
Whilst living in a Berkley managed property we had some property stolen that was left there on a retainer. The only keepers of keys were Berkley as far as we were aware at the time.
Despite providing evidence of damage upon moving into the property. Upon leaving Berkley attempted to charge me twice my deposit for repairs of the same damage. Lies were told, staff were manipulative, verging on slander and libel. It would have gone to court were it not for the time lost and stress caused to myself, as well as the loss of earnings going through the process. I lost my deposit but didn’t have to pay any more in order to sate an obvious desire to squeeze out as much money as possible.

Save yourself the hassle and don’t use this agent. I’d recommend to others that nobody else does either.

I got in touch with Berkley Estate & Letting Agents to help me get a home evaluation for my parents.

The agent was on time, very professional and really transparent with their processes and what they would be doing to sell my folks home. We got the estimate on the day too which was great!

If you're looking to buy or sell within Leicester, definitely give Berkeley's a try.

Looked at renting a property with these agents. I spoke to a guy who was very courteous and patient with me. We looked at all options within my budget, and even some that I didn't think about! Very knowledgeable! Would recommend!
