Adam worked very hard to let one of my properties. 
The photos he took of the property showed it off well.
I was always informed when there was a viewing and Adam kept me regularly updated.
He is polite and personable.
He has now let my property and completed the new tenants  move, providing me with all necessary paperwork for a smooth transition.

Been with Martin and Co for 6 months now. Always been quick to sort out issues with the property.  Polite and friendly staff. Nothing to complain about.

By far the worst estate agents I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. 
From day 1 they were terrible - they arranged a meeting to sign rentlt agreements and pick up keys etc. 
When I got there ready to collect my keys and move in - they had nothing ready. 
After moving in I reported numerous issues with the property that just fell on deaf ears. 
Either they claimed the issues we're fixed or blamed the landlord. 
Imagine paying £700 per month in rent and not having hot water for almost 2 months..... they don't have a single care in the world about  tenents they rent to.

Worst estate agents ever. They do not care about tenants. They just want your money, Waiting for deposit to be returned but they want to make deductions when the flat was left in the same condition as it was received.

No stars ( had to add one to post -.- ) . I agree with feedback, so rude and only look out for very rude and threatening landlords who made a young woman fearing about what do too. Lost deposit as landlord is not honest
