Ravi - Best Mortgage Advisor We had struggled for ages and didn’t think we would get a house this quick. Ravi helped us securing a mortgage at a good rate, he was very helpful throughout the whole process and went above and beyond and made sure we were happy and up to date with everything. What can I say , from start to finish , the standard by which all estate agents should conduct business. Joe Riley at the Leicester branch was excellent, from the moment we met him on the appraisal day to agreeing the letting was so smooth and effortless, Joe was also friendly throughout the whole process and kept us informed at every stage. If you have any doubts then rest assured Connells Leicester are true professionals.
Thank you Morgan...! You went above and beyond and I have to thank you for this. Morgan was thoroughly knowledgable about the property and assisted us through the process of viewing. Furthermore, he did not go for the 'hard sell' but rather allowed to view the property at leisure whilst being at hand to assist with queries. Although, we took a lot longer than planned; he did not flinch once or try and rush us which is something that we have found with other companies. Although, we are still on the journey our experience with Connells has been excellent - from Lea in the office who has been our go to person for questions and queries to in this case Morgan. A great team - thank you!
Negative experience from start to finish. Worked with Toni Dempsy who never called back or replied to emails after my deposit was placed, and because of her lack of communication I was left homeless for a week due to an incorrect move in date being provided. A full furnished property was downgraded to partly furnished and the move in date was delayed zero contact until after I was supposed to move in. I spoke multiple times to her colleagues and manager explaining the situation, everyone was extremely apologetic saying this was not normal behaviour but no changes were made until 2/3 days until the reassessed move in after I sent an email suggesting I might be able to do that new date where she became far more cooperative, calling instantly. I tried to be patient throughout and gave the whole company more than enough of an opportunity to change my view. After moving in in she replied to her emails with about a months delay apparently after being “on holiday”. I hope that this review can help the company develop their customers experiences in future as they are dealing with peoples living situations and so should be ethical at least on a basic level. I hadn’t planned to leave a bad review but I have now received a parking ticket for parking in the space supposedly registered to the flat which was the final straw. Which I have also emailed about.
Ravi from Leicester Connells has been excellent.He was very efficient with his service , very prompt and went over and above to give us the best .This is a tough time with mortgages & interest rates and he did the hard work to find us our ‘ Dream Home ‘ Highly recommended to anyone seeking to get a mortgage Efficiency at its best !

Highley recommend Ravi Sharma in mortgage services at Connells. I've completed a house purchase with him as my mortgage broker.
