The first interactions were very professional but after they had secured our business the service was not of the same standard. After checking our property listing we could see a bedroom had been missed off, which took several calls to get corrected. It was agreed Whitegates would carry out the viewings due to us working full time, however when a potential buyer turned up 5 minutes late on a Friday evening the estate agent had already left, leaving the potential buyer sat outside. After some time we decided to remove the house from sale but 4 weeks later we are still trying to get Whitegates to remove our property from their website. Currently Whitegates are still attempting to arrange new viewings and refuse to remove our property from their website despite numerous telephone calls, live chats and email confirmations.

Fantastic agency and very pleased to have dealt with them. They make a positive effort to sell your property, build a great rapport and give you regular feedback to keep you in the loop, all of which I wish were shown by more of the London agents I use.

Excellent service - really felt like they went the extra mile for me. I have used them twice now and both times they have been able to secure me an offer on the opening weekend that it went to market. Communication was excellent, clear and thorough and, at times, in their own time in the evenings. Their negotiating skills are very strong, having successfully negotiating with my buyer to up their offer by a substantial amount within 15 minutes. Can't recommend enough - thank you, Whitegates.

Amazed at the efficiency and close communication of the staff at Whitegates Leicester. They exceeded any expectations that I had. The team are a delight to work with. Really friendly and approachable. I am very grateful for the outstanding service which they provided and would thoroughly recommend them. A huge thank you and a special mention to Scott for his efforts.

My Partner and I have recently rented a property through Whitegates in Leicester. We cannot honestly have asked for a better service. Professional and efficient staff! From the viewing that was arranged at a time suitable for both of us to attend, to the swift referencing and move in date. Nice straight forward service and got us into our new place within seven days. We will certainly be recommending to friends!
