Please avoid their mortgage brokers. Worst service that I have ever received. Took months too long, as there was no contact with that person. There was a lot of promises and reassurance until the moment I have done all the payments. After this, reaching them was nearly impossible. They had a landline broken for weeks. When asked in branch why they did not reply to my emails either, the assistant laughed at my face saying they are busy. There was a lot of information passed on that untrue as well. When asked to provide a report with dates regarding my case, I got a summary written quickly and send via email The only prove of the work that was done included one month's message with the bank. Please, any potential buyers, avoid this place for your own sanity and find better brokers.
I would like to thank William H Brown for the outstanding service that they provide. Poonam has been truly remarkable mortgage advisor. She is truly a professional and the customer care she provides has been fantastic throughout the process. They helped me to find an excellent deal as a first time buyer. She was extremely knowledgeable and informative, she kept me updated thoughout the application process. And Poonam helped us to find a good lawyer which everything took us 2 months to complete and get the keys , all this thank you goes to Poonam as she already had a lawyer ready for us . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to any potential buyers. Thank you very much Poonam and William H Brown
I wish I had enough time to list all the things wrong with this company, having used them for almost 2 years to fully manage the rental of my properties; I can say it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only have the let my brand new property to tenants that within a month trashed it and been and have been arrested for nuisance in the neighbourhood. Their management of the properties have been awful, you end up having to keep chasing them weeks on end or do it yourself. Just avoid this company all together, it’s an estate agent from hell.
Excellent customer service. If you ever want to rent a house ask for Luke, he will explain the whole process and make renting a house so much easier.
Been looking for a property to rent as I saw one of interest on Zoopla. Tried for over a week to get in touch, and they don't even bother answering the phone. And on the two occasions I got through to someone from the sales department, they say they're taking my number and info to pass onto the lettings department to call you back but they never do. I give up. Going elsewhere.

Absolutely had a terrible experience today with William H Brown Estate Agents in Leicester. I would not recommend using them as their fees are very expensive and any other agent can do the job better and cheaper.
I hadn’t seen a lettings manager like Luke; he will not respond for anything, delays all the things, it had been since 2 months we were chasing him to refund our deposit, he hadn’t done it yet Very worst service
Asked for valuation which they came out for. Promised written valuation same night. Then nithing and no response to calls or emails. Absolutely rubbish service.
