DO NOT RENT OFF THIS COMPANY!!!! Leicester city council have placed me and my son in one of their bedsits and we have had problems since moved in and no one wants to help. There are heaters that are in adiquate to heat the bedsit properly so it's cold all the time and damp is coming after 2 months. The electric has issues which I raised when moved in and yesterday they sent an electrician out to be told it's a hazard and needs a full rewire due to it keep over loading and who ever passed it off (should never of been passed off) this company is a joke and only out to get you in take your money and let you suffer with children in your care as well!! Over price bob hole's and no after care!! I'm going to the local mp with all my complaints and see if that helps as the council are linked with these places and it's not on the way they think they can treat people!! Their ok in their big warm houses while the rest of us suffer!! 

PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN GOING THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Do not deal with this company there highly rude esp the owner I've bein in my property for well over a year with children and there never made repairs or anything they took my daughters child benefit out my bank and refused to give it back absolutely vile company!!

I purchased a property via ShonkiBros. They were supportive and helpful every step of the way. From the first time of viewing to the final stages of completion. They made things a lot easier and less stressful and guided me through the whole process. Would defo recommend ShonkiBros and undoubtably acquire their services again.

Blatant law breakers,  trying to charge tenants rent on properties that have been deemed 'uninhabitable through flood / fire / outside causes.  A direct abuse of the housing and landlords act. 

Have already advised. Friends who have been affected in this way to seek immediate legal action as Shonki  Bros are going to either profit from their misfortune or leave a family and young child on the streets. 

Total disgrace!!!!

Very disappointed with the service from this company. I have made three telephone requests about viewing a property on Wilmington road over the space of 4 weeks. On each occasion they said they would ring me back and have failed to do so on all three occasions.  I still have not viewed the house and it is still for sale.
