I've been in a Keywest property for the past 2 ½ years and have always been pleased with them. We've had three major call outs in our time in the house for issues which needed fixing (including a boiler failure). In all cases, Keywest contacted the landlord promptly and arranged for repairs with speed and all jobs were completed well.

They've always been polite in e-mails and conversation and I've never once had a reason to fault their handling of any situation

Helpful, friendly staff with good communication. Any issues are sorted straight away. Everything well explained and paperwork was sorted promptly. So glad we chose Keywest to help us find the perfect home.

Keywest were helpful, informative and lovely throughout the whole process of my tenancy. Their maintenance team were always quick to get back to me and help me with any issue I had at my property. It is nice to deal with people that actually care about their tenants after they move in.

We rented a property with Keywest for 2 years. Last christmas, our boiler broke so we reported it to them. After 2 and a half months the boiler was still broken, even though they were "fixing it next week" or "On saturday". By this point we thought enough was enough and moved out. We moved out early as they had people interested in the flat. They then contacted us on 3 separate occasions to ask for the keys, which we handed to them in person. It seems that communication is at a minimum and I would be very reluctant to go with them again!

Warning! Update: I was awarded a large financial settlement from The Property Ombudsman from this company for their conduct during the sale of my house. What's worse, despite the case being a very obvious case of negligence and improper behaviour, they denied everything and strung the case out for around 12 months. This was totally needless and only served to inconvenience me, the victim, which I suspect was a deliberate ploy to try and intimidate me into taking a lower settlement. Avoid these terrible people at all costs. Their management are simply bad people that cannot be trusted.
