Was really efficient, looked round the houses and was able find a house that suited our needs. All questions we had were answered and allowances were made to ensure that we could pay deposit when the student loan dropped. Happy to have accommodation sorted for next year

Very helpful! I thought it was going to be difficult sorting a house for second year, but the house was sorted within 2 weeks! They were always happy to answer any questions that I had! Highly recommend!

We went to view the property last Friday. When I asked for the application, the gentleman who was showing us the property said he needs to come back to the office and then he will give me a call when I can come to get the application. This never happened. 

Next day I rang - someone from the office said that Kieran is the person I should speak to but he was at the meeting. His colleague promised me he will pass the message and assured me that Kieran will come back to me before midday. This also never happened. So when I rang around 15:00, the same gentleman said that Kieran finished for today and will be back on Monday. 

I was already tired of this 'game' but decided to ring again on Monday. No one answered.
Today is Wednesday, I just finished the conversation with a lady who said that because I didn't complete the application and didn't make a fee payment, the property has been taken by someone else.
SERIOUSLY?!

That's the most unprofessional way in dealing with a property I've ever experienced.

The team were absolutely amazing. We enquiries about properties and the next day we had sat down with one of the agents and we booking a viewing. They made our process very easy and took us through it all. They were absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend to any student looking for housing.
