From the first meeting with Carl I was put at ease . He was professional with a friendly reassuring manner. Selling a house can be a mine field nevertheless I felt confident at putting my faith with Abbey Lettings. Through out the sales journey , no question was ever too much trouble for Will , however many times I called . Abbey arranged everything for me , their gold package took all the hard choices and stress while keeping me informed all the way. Their communication was amazing with regular updates on the sale. From start to finish Abbey Letting were helpful, considerate and a pleasure to communicate with. I would like to thank them for everything they helped with along this journey . I would highly recommend if you want exceptional value and service.
I would like to share my experience with Abbey lettings when purchasing our new home.I had an amazing experience throughout the whole process, our emails were responded to very quickly , and all questions answered. We wanted to have another look at the property to plan next steps for refurbishment while in the purchase process, so additional viewing have been arranged to meet our needs. Highly recommend the services, special thank you to William Haywood who was going above and beyond to help us with the purchase. Myself and my husband are walking away as very happy customers , excited about our new home.
I rented through Abbey Lettings for almost eight years and was really happy with the service I received during that time. They were always quick to respond to maintenance issues and other enquiries and they made the application process straightforward and hassle free. They were also extremely quick to provide a reference to the lettings agency for my new property when the time came for me to move out.
We've recently just moved into a rented property with the help of Abbey Lettings and Sales. The whole process has been really straightforward, the staff are very friendly and a shout out to Joanne who has helped us with any queries that we've had, as well as sorting any minor issues out for us too!
