Great pub. Warm and inviting. Put your phone away!
What a wonderful pub to visit. Steeped in history, safe and welcoming.
A terrific pub in Beverley, one of the finest in Yorkshire, if not the UK. The beer Samuel Smith's is perfect, as is the gas lighting, decor and real fires. Great staff as well; a must for all true aficionados of the British Pub..magnificent.
We had a lovely time, lovely friendly staff who made everyone feel safe and comfortable, we'll definitely visit again when we're in Beverley next time xx
Amazing pub. Very old and rustic
Got told about this pub so took a look. It's like going back in time .brilliant
A lovely authentic Inn. Lots of original features and querky little rooms. Very atmospheric. The drinks were good too.
Interesting place but loud shouting by staff member at text message going ding in pocket. Bad staff attitude.
Extraordinary place.Gas lights old world establishment with a great range of different beers and soft drinks. Well worth a visit.
A proper pub Good beer and no kids
