You have to reconnect to wifi every hour. Huge air conditioning unit next to my window making a racket all day & night. Blocked sink. Stuffy. Too hot or too cold, impossible to get it inbetween, housekeeping staff very rude, hotel staff rude, bar staff rude, food in bar poor value for money, communal corridors dirty, dusty, messy and tatty, a horrible mile walk to my room with plenty of stairs and no short cut. To add insult to injury, I extended my stay and housekeeping had not been told, leading to my door being banged on 4-5 times when I was trying to sleep, with people shouting at me and putting notes under the door telling me to leave like I was the one in the wrong. even after being told, the staff did not believe me or apologise or try to do anything to put it right. The worst stay I have ever had.

Pub, food n staff great, although no real ale on.  Rooms n accomodation.....bad! Need decorating and deep cleaning urgently!Rooms: 1/5

£100 parking fine for not validating parking after going for a family meal. Not impressed!
