Being many years since I've being in the old place and it's decor has changed dramatically for the better, still the same old beautiful people

Needs a uplift looking dated , bar staff friendly and helpful
No baby changing facilities and toilets were damaged and dirty. The lady behind the bar didn't smile much but the event we were attending was enjoyable none the less
Well it is the first time I have been in there for 15 years the decor is the same they don't have any carling or Coors the bar staff are very abrupt it is very dirty there are not toilet seats in the ladies toilets not very good at all will not be going there again very disappointed it does not deserve 3 stars it deserve 0 stars
Unprofessional double books party and allows the other party to gate crash the first party and a service with a smile wouldn't go a miss and asked us to move so other party could sit in the corner which restricted the kids were they could play
