Had a wonderful meal out with the family. The children are made to feel welcome and the staff really can’t do enough for you. The food was delicious yet prepared quickly. I felt it was very well priced for what we received. Highly recommend to anyone

Myself and my partner walked in never been before and were welcomed with a lovely smile by Chloe. We had to ask her name as we’d popped into 2 other bars on our walk and met with very disengaging staff. Chloe was a delight to meet and made us feel very welcome in somewhere we’d not been before. Stopped by for a quick drink with the family. Good tables outside to enjoy the warm evenings. Friendly bar staff and excellent drinks. Our kids loved the rose lemonade and I would certainly recommend a pint of Wainwright
Just turned up, not booked. Asked if a table was available and was shown to the table. Quick service at the bar to order drinks and food all staff very helpful. Food was delicious and piping hot. All staff were attentive. Parking: Parking available to the side of the pub with plenty of space. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible throughout the pub
Had a get together with passed work friends. We went for the three course menu and all our meals were nice. Great value for the money, nicely presented and staff very welcoming.
First time going out for Christmas lunch so wasn't sure what to expect. We had 3 courses with a good choice for each one. Food was delicious and the atmosphere lovely, staff worked so hard. Will definitely be booking again next year.
Had food here the other night, food was excellent ,had the chicken platter it was cooked perfect and very nice , highly recommend and will be returning
Great friendly atmosphere, delicious food, great value for money.
I'm a regular at this pub whenever I'm in the area. Good service, staff are friendly and helpful, but food can be slow to come out sometimes and doesn't always come out as it should, ie. overcooked. Coffee could be a bit hotter. Still the best of the nearby sizzling pubs though.
