Very quiet when I went in (Friday afternoon). Receptionist was friendly and efficient .I was seen quickly by a nurse (I think) who sorted me out straight away . Excellent service

Went in at 7:40pm was told I was too late to be seen by anyone that could offer a full assessment and provide medication, as there were 3 patients in front of me. Closing time on website was 8pm.

When it comes to pain management, don't bother visiting this GP. Severe blood clot not diagnosed resulting in being admitted to hospital and 6 months on clot not reduced, now muscles have spasmed and unable to walk. every time admitted to hospital and get some recovery, end up referred back here, they do nothing but try to take you off anything that is making life uncomfortable and not managing pain or helping to sort the problem out and end up back to the hospital. Pathetic. This is the reason why the NHS gets a bad name. If it wasn't for the majority of staff and the RVI that do such an amazing job, you'd wonder why have the NHS. Such a shame that the reputation doesn't stretch to this place.

Waste of time! Phoned 111 and was told I needed to be seen. Filled out my form on arrival at the walk in centre was seen within 15 mins my consultation must have only lasted 1 minute! I was told there was nothing he could do for me! No examination or questions I left in tears! Thanks a lot!

Wonderful service from the NHS staff, doing exactly what is required of them and offering an absolute 5 star service to me, as a patient, I feel deep graditude for the thousands of pounds they have saved many less priviledged people in need of help! Life savers, literally.
