An excellent experience from ' Team Vision' Sushma, Lesa & Ashley. The whole team are so nice and welcoming. Yes I fully understand that its a business and I'm a customer but let me put some context on my 5stars. From the moment I walked in I was made to 'feel welcome', there was no coldness or couldn't be bothered attitude that is all too apparent in other places nowadays; the whole approach was about me and my requirements. No detail was missed during my eye examination and test etc everything was fully explainedWhen it came to making a choice on new glasses etc again all my options were fully explained and my requirements fully addressed. 5Stars 10/10  see you soon

The Vision Clinic is the best optician I ever been to Susham and her staff made me feel so much at ease .Susham went above and beyond to help me with my eye concerns .I can’t thank her enough This will be my optician from now on .

Such a great place to to have your eye examinations, Ashley at the desk was very kind and courteas and immediately offered me a hot drink and Sushma the optician goes above and beyond and addressed every concern I had. ALL IN ALL I would 100% recommend this Opticians for your eye care needs. Thank you so much.

My 12 year old daughter has been attending the vision clinic for her glasses . She wanted to try contact lenses. I was unsure as i thought she may have been a bit young. The optician was confident she would manage. She attended for 3x seperate visits to learn how to put them in and take them out. The optician was so patient and made my daughter feel at ease. My daughter did manage and now wears contact lenses. It has made her more confident and can join in more sports due to this. Thankyou very much vision clinic. I would 100%recommend to anybody.

Best opticians I and others in my family have been too. We tried Specsavers for a year but there’s no comparison, came straight back when we were given the wrong prescription. Wonderful service and friendly atmosphere, safe to say we’re not going anywhere.

First classes service from Sushma and her staff. My whole family including  children and grandparents, have  been a clients for a number of years and would recommend the clinic. After many years of poor service and the wrong prescription and advice from previous opticians my father in law at 84 is finally happy with his sight thanks to the Vision Clinic. Being an active person I was recently given great advice about contact lenses and after thinking they weren’t for me was surprised at how much they have benefitted me. They have really helped me when playing active sports. My tennis holiday was fantastic…no glasses and I could see the ball! Overall you get great advice and a professional friendly service whatever your age or specific needs.

My son has the new miyosmart glasses which is a fairly new treatment and is engaged to slow or correct the progression of myopia.He had his 6 month check up and revealed his sight had not deteriorated and is exactly were it was 6 months ago which is great news so for my son this new treatment is working.It is expensive but worth the money as its being proven to have a positive affect. All staff are very friendly welcoming and helpful and really seek to do what they can best to help their customers.

I was recommended this place by a friend after he was impressed with the ‘see the back of your eye’ machine!  That part was impressive, but it was the quality of service, the skill and professionalism of the optician and her very reassuring nature and careful attention to detail that shone through.  This would be a fabulous place to take kids for their first proper eye test, it was calm, quiet and all in all a great and relaxing experience!

An excellent local Optician. Friendly, informative staff, a large range of frames in all price brackets, including an option to pay in installments for your glasses. Thorough eye examination and testing with any issues quickly flagged up for further attention. Completely happy with the service at Vision Clinic.
