Never able to book appointment with a doctor, even when a doctor has asked you to do so.  You are told by reception that you have to "keep calling daily"... Not really helpful for someone who works full time and needs to plan things. Also never able to get a repeat prescription without a fight. Giving 2 stars as the staff are polite when face to face and it is a very busy surgery so they have their work cut out
