Yesterday was one of the saddest days of my life. My beautiful dad died after only 2 nights in Kenton care home. And manager KAY from upstairs went above and beyond duty of care with me and my son. I’ll never ever be able to thank you enough I couldn’t of got through the day without you. your one in a million Kay. We will never forget you ever.

Nice place to be.
I am disgusted in this place. I was staying at my sisters who lives at the back of the care home, when we heard a man shouting for help. Looked out the window he was a patient on the floor outside claiming he had broke his leg and he had a gash on his head. Multiple attempts to get through to the care home were made and when we did get through to them they claimed they could not see in the cameras and therefore no one came out even after the situation was explained. A neighbour who was also outside checking on the man then had to climb over the fence to try and get a caters attention as the man was claiming he was feeling faint causing us all worry. He had been out there for 1 houras far as we are aware but coukd have been longer. It took me to call the police for the carers to come out and “help” the man. I told the carers that it is neglect and one of them replied “I agree with you you are 1000% correct. I’m now extremely worried for the poor man who has to stay there afyer such a traumatic experience.
