My partner bought a car from the Leeds store about two months ago. We had no problems whilst we were there, the staff were great. The problems only began after! Firstly, they couldn't find the service history for the car. We were assured that they would find it and send it to us, and if not, then they would book a free service for us at a garage. We hadn't been sent the service history after 3 weeks, so we rang up. They told us that they didn't say they'd send it to us, and made no such promise to get us a free service. If we knew that they were not going to make sure we had our service history, then we wouldn't have spent £13,000 on the car! After a few phone calls, they finally agreed to get us into a garage. My partner was a mechanic so knows a lot about what good garages look like. He was appalled that we were sent here! We would definitely not recommend MVP to anyone looking for a car, it's caused us a lot more hassle than what it's worth!
Excellent service. Wide range to chose from. The team arranged for a car I was interested to be brought over from Manchester and I ended up driving it home the same day. All the paperwork was spot on and I'm delighted with my new car. The MVP team were marvellous to deal with and nothing was too much trouble to them. Customer service at its very best

MVP LEEDS where do I start!!...this may to some, be a long winded review but it is worth writing and also it is worth the read, if you are looking for a fantabulous reputable company, who bend over backwards and go the extra mile to help put you in the driving seat of a new vehicle!! I Made an application for car finance through a social media networking site, and having a less than perfect credit score didn't think I would hear anything never mind get accepted!!..well I was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call from a lovely lass called Kerrie, informing me that I had passed the credit application. The credit limit set though wasn't enough to put me in any car they had on their forecourt due to my wage not being high enough. So Kerrie suggested making a joint application with myself and my wife.. and hey success application approved. She advised us of the documents we needed to bring down to the office to sign up for the finance agreement. Every step of the way was kept clear, precise, and honest, advising us of timescales etc from application to drive away!!. I also must mention Lee and Chris who also went out of their way to help, advise, and email photos etc. The choice of vehicles they have is great which ranges from people carriers to sports cars and family saloons and hatchbacks. We were put in the driving seat of a lovely 63 plate vauxhall insignia 2.0 design with sat nav and all the bells and whistles I could wish for. It really is lovely and to be honest we never ever thought we would be driving around in a car like this EVER!!. Oh yes after 2 half years we can take the car back and upgrade for newer model or different vehicle. MVP help people such as myself with a less than perfect credit rating to build it back up again. Yes the interest rate is a bit high but it's what you can expect with poor credit, but if you can get over this then you will be more than happy with the vehicle and service you receive from all the staff at MVP LEEDS!!.....review over 5 stars all round!! Great selection of cars for everybody, couples, family's or even just for 1 person. Purchased gtc, dealt and delivered in same day, well looked after by Lee from start to finish. Would very much recommend this car dealership.
MVP Leeds couldn't of helped me more if they tried lee was really friendly and down to earth listened me and we spoke about my budget and before I knew it I was driving away in an 2011 Audi A3 and I'm more than happy with the car and service will definitely use them again in future
After deciding sunday too go have a look round .i was pleasantly surprised to find kerry a straight talking no jargon lady who answered all my question and douts i had and drove out with my new car that i love . I would deffinatley recomend mpv if like me and call a spade a spade and cant cope with going round the houses well done mpv keep up the good communication its a massive help . Shocking customer service! My son purchased a car 6 weeks ago with faults from minute 1. 2 weeks of repairs later and still not fab. Promised we could return car and now all of a sudden Manager too busy to call us back! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Great service from start to finish. The staff really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Excellent car for a very good price.
