On recently purchasing a car at Coopers, we received a very friendly and helpful service from sales manager Simon Bambrook. Very happy with service and the car. 5 stars from me.

Great place to go even though its quite a large garage it has the feel of a small concern, reception staff very friendly the mechanics will have chat and if any problems arise you are kept informed . Will definitely use this garage again

I am giving these guys 5 stars because I broke down in front of their show room. They came out and pushed my car off the road and made sure I was safe. They even brought me a coffee out and offered to let me stay inside and warm up. True gents. Thank you so much for for the rescue and the kindness.

Brought my fiesta in for repairs after been hit. Great service from start to finish, friendly, honest staff who kept me well informed throughout. Really happy with how my car has come out, I was expecting it to look the same as before my accident, but can honestly say it looks far better than before. Extremely happy with the work that has been done. Would definitely  recommend. Thank you again Coopers, amazing work.

Called 3 times for a quote on a timing belt. Each time there is nobody available and they won't take your number to call you back. Apparently it is due to a lack of staff. Fair enough, but why continue to advertise for service work if you don't have the staff?

My Mum recently purchased a car from Coopers & has asked me to review on her behalf:  - Customer service was excellent & there was absolutely no pressure to buy. - Calm and relaxed atmosphere, although I was acknowledged as soon as I arrived, I was given time to look around at my leisure. - All staff were very smartly dressed and professional in their manner as well as knowledgeable. They gave an excellent first impression especially Mike and Paul who looked after me. - I have bought a car from Coopers before and would not hesitate to recommend to others. I absolutely loved my visit here,  the Capri's and the mini Cooper in the showroom are amazing.  My mondeo went in for a recall and the service was brilliant, the staff were super helpful and efficient.

I recently purchased a used car from Coopers. No pressure sales, informative test drive, friendly and helpful purchase handled by Simon. I have had my previous Ford car serviced at Coopers for many years and have always found all the staff friendly and helpful.

No pressure from start to finish. The ford focus we bought was presented perfectly and very well priced! 1st time buying a car from a main dealer mike dealt with us and made sure we was happy with everything. Thanks again
