Shocking level of service here, it seems like the staff have absolutely no interest in selling a car if there is no finance deal to be had. My son and I travelled over an hour to go and look at a 5 series BMW we had seen on line, when we got there they couldn't have cared less when I told them it would be a part exchange and the balance would be cash. We paid a deposit to hold the car and arranged to go back later in the week to collect it . 15 phone calls later, nobody would still give us a date when the car would be ready and gave the impression that it was our fault for actually wanting the car in the first place, when I said forget it then and asked for my deposit back, I had the phone slammed down on me. I rang back to complain and the receptionist took a message and my number and promised me that she would get the head of business to ring me back, 24 hours later I'm still waiting. Avoid at all costs.

I am really happy with the customer service and the sales executive Jenny was brilliant, hospitable, honest and friendly. I am really pleased with the part exchange and my new car (ford fiesta in frozen white) is fabulous. It is such a smooth drive with hi spec. Thank you so much.

Excellent service, it was so easy to purchase our new car. Jenny was beyond fantastic, no pushy sales tactics which made a massive difference compared to other car sales companies. Would use them again.

Unfortunately I am going to have to downgrade my rating from a 5 to a 2 star. I think Evans Hall Shaw need to do online transfers for car ownership as DVLA have still not received the log book to transfer the car into my name, its been over 2 months.

met a lovely lady called Jenni. absolutely fantastic sales rep. provided us with clear, concise information about products until we fully understood. one of the best sales rep ever in my few years of my experience with them. pleasure doing business with them, great attitude from sales rep. highly recommend.
