car goes in to body shop to get repaired ,comes back with damage to door that wasnt there.refused to accept it now im rude says the manager.ENJOY this post because i will be posting it again.Red car black spots all over roof,joke shop1

Bad service bad body shop bad sales please be careful and use another garage once they have got your money there not interested in the damage they have dune if you want a bad experience of a Ford garage please feel free to use not very trust worthy Ford Warrington good luck people

Absolute disgrace! My car got crashed into, on Monday morning. By 10am (same day) all insurance matters were sorted. Vizion Network gave me the list of approved repairers and I decided to go for (DON'T) TrustFord Warrington due to a convenient location of the garage.. They would not react to my enquiry, whatsoever. No chance speaking to them, on the phone, either. I tried all available phone numbers. They totally ignored me..! I went to speak face-to-face. I was told they were busy and that they would contact me, shortly. Courtesy car? Do not even bother asking. Apparently, they do not have to many of them...?! Last but not least, I ended up waiting for/WASTING another 4 days without any interest from (NEVER) TrustFord, whatsoever. I got fed up, called Vizion to relocate Bodyshop and 50 minutes! later my car was already assessed and priced by Parkway Prestige. We are now just waiting for a 'go-ahead' form insurance company. Another great thing about Parkway is: they are Mercedes approved specialists! They guarantee repairs at Mercedes quality levels. Long story short, I should have ignored 'BIG' Ford and selected people you can truly TRUST - like Parkway Prestige from Trafford, straight away.
