I went into Moores cycles simply due to its reviews left by other customers (thank you). Purchased my sons first bike this afternoon and he is one happy little customer!

Awesome service, this is my favourite shop in the whole London. Very knowledgeable staff, helpful and doing great service work, timely, and keeping you updated at all times. I live in Isleworth and have 4 children, they need bikes - all bought and later upgraded in this shop. They also service all these bikes and perform upgrades. Recently went to 1x11 drivetrain for my own Specialized (bought there previously) and I could not be happier with the quality of work done.

I don't know how other bike shops operate. It seems that a major brand in London is Evan's cycles, who seem more like a big impersonal volume shifting store.

I walked into Moore's a couple of months back, and described roughly what I was after; they took it upon themselves to strongly recommend a bike for me. It was the best recommendation I could ever wish for. I've been working on cranking up the miles, and I drop in to the store every week. I keep on getting great recommendations, and the followthrough is just amazing. The purchase of the cycle is not the end of the process; it's the beginning.

If you're thinking of buying a bike, then I strongly recommend you step in to a Moore's cycles' shop; look around, and speak to a member of staff, and see what happens.
