I contacted this bike shop for some technical assistance and I was blown away by the quality of service I received. The staff member, Adam, was a standout with his exceptional helpfulness and patience. He managed to answer all of my questions, providing detailed and clear explanations which the manufacturer could not even provide. Adam’s ability to assist me over the phone with such proficiency was impressive. He demonstrated not only a deep understanding of bikes and cycling equipment but also a genuine commitment to customer service. Great customer service like this is hard to come by these days and it’s clear that this shop values and trains its staff well. Adam’s professionalism and helpful attitude have definitely made me a loyal customer. Keep up the fantastic work!
Local cycle shop offering all the servicing I needed in an open and transparent way before I handed my bike over. Giving my bike a thorough check over and an estimate on pricing. I was kept informed during its repair and service and coming to collect my bike welcomed by kind and friendly staff. All the team were super helpful and passed on details of part numbers for future reference. Always happier to support a local business.
I just recently had my bike repaired at Richmond Cycles and it is running like a dream. I dealt with Jake and Phil through this process and they were expert, kind, helpful, timely, diligent and fair. Great organisations are made from great people and Phil and Jake are certainly two of those. I felt my bike and myself were well cared for. Thank you Richmond Cycles!
Avoid at all cost. sold me a dreadful tier which had to be replaced straight away. The staff are just trying to get as much money out of you as possible. There are other bike shops close by. Don’t waste your time here, as you will just have to get it fixed again.
Really friendly helpful staff, I just popped in with my Brompton and they fixed it while I waited. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Lots of very tempting cycles as well.
